Online Sleep Classes
Starting with prenatal sleep-prep and parenting for newborns, our program is designed to guide parents through their journey from birth to preschool. Interactive webinars and groups with supportive coaching will help you customize and personalize your own parenting style as well as your child's sleep path. Self-paced, comprehensive online sleep course. Step one of our sleep series will give you the information you need to understand healthy sleep habits through the foundations of sleep. Along with education on the science of sleep, you will also receive our complete breastfeeding course and nutrition class for older babies and toddlers. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to start making gentle changes to your baby's sleep. Step one teaches you what to do! Step two focuses on emotional coaching and teaches parents how to make the changes needed.
Virtual Sleep Workshops
In part two of our sleep course program, we will provide you with important information about emotionally supportive parenting strategies, attachment, self-regulation, connection, setting boundaries and the impact of the maternal-child relationship to sleep. These critical pieces form the basis of supporting sleep without sleep training. The virtual sleep workshops are done thorugh weekly live webinars. You will also have weekly phone check-ins with both educators and coaches for the entire month, as well as a one-hour sleep strategy session booked at the end of the course. This program gives you all the parenting tools to make the changes for healthy sleep.
Sleep without sleep training not only changes the way your baby or child sleeps, but also changes the relationship you have with your child and creates a stronger emotional connection that lasts a lifetime. Step two of the sleep program is an introductory course for consious parenting and parent coaching startegies. Beyond sleep you will understand the process of emotional coaching.
Our Conscious Parenting series is an extension of our baby sleep workshops. If you have taken our courses all along you will be well prepared for a deeper look at parenting through reflective practice and awareness. Understanding Conscious Parenting early on in your parenting journey is truly a gift! So many of our clients tell us, they wish they could turn back the clock and know this before having a baby. For parents who wish to prevent behavioral challenges, avoid disconnection, emotional drama and testing limits, we invite you to join us for this course. The ideal parenting course for infants, babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
Dr. Shefali Tsabary's is an expert when it comes to self-awareness. She has written several books and has been an incredible teacher and mentor for us. The Conscious Parenting 4-part workshop will teach you how to apply these concepts and completly change the way you parent your child. This done through series of webinars over four weeks that are each 90mins long. This content will be taught as a class on Tuesday's and Thursday's with take home projects and concepts to review. Each week we will discuss what you've learned and applied to your day-to-day parenting situations. We blend lessons for sleep solutions and healthy nutrition into the course content. This provides parents with the added bonus of sleep education, emotional coaching and behavioral solutions, while building stronger relationships and deeper connections with their children.
Parenting education also includes our prenatal parenting workshop, monthly webinars with specific topics from night weaning to picky eaters, private coaching calls with Lauren and Shawnee, and our Virtual Mommy Village where we will meet for online coffee in our pajamas on weekday mornings to discuss various parenting topics and have occasional guest speakers. More importantly, we will share a common interest, meet like-minded moms, have heart-to-heart conversations, build relationships, and connect with eachother from the comfort of our own homes to create a lifelong friendships.
